Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing and downloading digital our prints. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Little People, Big Emotions regarding the purchase and use of digital prints.

Intellectual Property Rights: All digital prints available on Little People, Big Emotions are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The ownership and all rights, including the intellectual property rights, of the digital prints remain with the Little People, Emotions. By purchasing and downloading digital prints, the Customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the prints for  personal use only. The Customer may not reproduce, distribute, or sell the prints without the express written permission of the Company or the respective artist.

Purchase and Delivery: The Customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information during the purchase process. Upon successful payment, the Customer will receive a download link via email. The Customer  will be able to download a file up to 10 times. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure timely download and backup of the files.

Refunds and : Due to the nature of digital prints, we do not offer refunds or once the digital files have been downloaded. However, if there is a technical issue with the downloaded files, the Customer must notify us within 7 days of purchase, providing details and supporting evidence. We will review the issue and, if verified, provide a replacement or offer a refund at our discretion.

Usage and Restrictions: The Customer may use the purchased digital prints for personal purposes, including printing and displaying the prints in their own physical space. The Customer may not use the digital prints for commercial purposes, including but not limited to resale, reproduction, distribution, or use in any products or services without obtaining the appropriate licenses or permissions. The Customer may not modify, alter, or edit the digital prints without the express written permission from Little People, Big Emotions.

Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability: The digital prints are provided on an "as is" basis, without any warranties, expressed or implied. Little People, Big Emotions disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall Little People, Big Emotions be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the digital prints, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Zealand.

By purchasing and downloading digital prints from our Store, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
