If ever a tea could be thought of as comfort food, our Big Red Robe from Wuyi mountain would be it. This dark oolong is handpicked and charcoal-fired bringing out a beautiful sweet toasty aroma and a round nutty/woody flavour that lasts through multiple infusions.

The dry leaves are black and twisted in that distinctive Wuyi region style.
The tea liquor is coppery.
Steeping suggestion

If you're steeping with an infusion basket, we recommend 3.5 grams at 90 degrees for just over a minute. For each subsequent steep, add 30 seconds.
