KP Performance is built around taking clients to the next level and are excited to team up with the highly regarded motocross coach, Peter Broxholme, to offer you the Full Program package. 

This package covers all aspects of training, combining off bike fitness and technique with what you do at the track for maximum performance and safety. 

There is no age limit or ability requirement to the Full Program Package.  This program is designed  to help get you from where you're at now to where you want to be for your big event - both physically and mentally. 

KP Performance and Broxy now offer the full training package to Motocross riders of all levels anywhere in the world. Broxy, a former professional racer and now full time coach to over 600 riders each year, brings the motocross experience and knowledge to improve your riding technique and speed.


KP  Performance will provide:

MINDSET BLUEPRINT:   Kurt will challenge you to identify areas of weakness, strengths, good and bad habits, set objectives and goals to move forward with each training session. Kurt will also help Identify how your mind works so we can begin to build a pathway to a pressure proof mindset! Working with Kurt - creating a weekly mental schedule/ plan for each week, develop routines around training and on bike efforts. Blueprint also includes training and race day mindset templates to maximise learning more.

OVERVIEW:  Based off your schedule, Kurt will create a day-to-day periodised and individual training schedule for the duration of your purchase (4 weeks).

DELIVERY: Your program will be available via app, a free download to any smartphone or tablet where you can input workout data, video, comments, track specific workout progressions, journal and more!

STRENGTH CONDITIONING:  Based off your previous experience, time available and access to equipment, Kurt will provide a world class strength & conditioning program tailored to you. Which also includes fitness/cardio based program/sessions, testing protocol, video technique feedback, recovery options more.

ON BIKE:  Kurt will NOT provide track sessions, but will offer structured off bike warm up and recovery protocol.

NUTRITION:  Guidelines provided have the option of purchasing an individual meal plan (all nutrition is provided by a qualified nutritionist with experience).

SUPPORT:  Open communication with Kurt to ensure you’re on track with your program and goals. Weekly feedback questionnaires help ensure you’re accountable to your own training and the areas where you can improve. 

 

Broxy Rider Coaching will provide:

PLANNING:   Discuss with Broxy and set the best race season plan for you! 

ON BIKE:  Broxy will provide detailed track sessions, also advising duration and intensity of sessions based off your weekly training and training periodisation. 

VIDEO TECHNIQUE REVIEWING: Broxy will provide detailed breakdown of specific skill techniques for you to best understand what is happening, why it's happening and the changes that need to be made to improve.

 

Video Requirements:


- Clips to be no more than 10 seconds (focus on the parts you want feedback on, slow-mo NOT required).
- Filmed in landscape and sent in a decent quality (phone is ok).
- Filmed not to close where the rider is cut out, nor too far away.
