Keto Hazelnut Spread Chocolate Cups - Recipe Below

Chocolate cups don't get much more decadent and with great macros than this! The protein really fills you up and unlike so many other sweet treats, this one leaves you feeling really satisfied. 

Ingredients ( = available here at Keto Store NZ)

250g Belgian Milk chocolate buttons (and no, 100g isn't enough! ;) ) 
OR
250g Belgian Dark chocolate buttons
1 Tablespoon of MCT Oil or Coconut Oil
1 jar of any style Keto Nut Butters - caramel, raspberry macadamia, original (1 Tablespoon per chocolate cup) 

Recipe Method: 
1 - Melt chocolate with a Tablespoon of MCT or Coconut Oil either in a microwave stirring between bursts of heating or in a double boiler
2 - Pour melted chocolate into a silicon mold
3 - Set in the fridge for 10 minutes 
4 - Scoop a Tablespoon of the Keto Nut Butters and place on top of the set chocolate
5 - Top up the chocolate cups with more melted chocolate
6 - Return the mold of chocolate cups to the refrigerator
