Keto Chocolate Protein Balls - Recipe Below

We love protein balls and we love them even more when there are secret keto treats inside them. It allows our creativity to run wild and to have variation in our life. 

Ingredients ( = available here at Keto Store NZ)

100g sugar-free Condensed coconut Milk or make your own here 
1/4 C Allulose chosen for it's non-crystalising advantage 
1/2 teaspoon Cocoa Powder  
2 teaspoons Vanilla Inulin or Banana, Caramel or Toffee combinations

1.5 teaspoon Cocoa Powder
130g almond flour
25g Whey Protein Isolate powder
50g soft Butter (10 seconds in the microwave softens it from the fridge temperature)  

There are endless treats to pop into the middle of these balls and endless ways to finish them off: 
Marshmallows
Desiccated coconut  
Keto Nut Butters Trio of all flavours (Original, Caramel and Raspberry Macadamia) 
Keto Belgian Milk Chocolate Buttons  
Keto Dark Chocolate Buttons
 
Recipe Method: 
1 - Put condensed milk, sweetener, cocoa and vanilla inulin into a large microwaveable jug, give it a stir and heat slowly in 30 second intervals, stirring until melted and combined.  
2 - Add cocoa powder, almond flour, protein powder and butter. 
3 - Put the mixture into the fridge for a few minutes to firm up a little. 
4 - With slightly wet hands, roll into balls ensuring your special treat (eg: chopped up marshmallow) is in the centre of
