Our CHINESE SICHUAN PLUM AND FIVE SPICE SAUCE is a uniquely Chinese inspired sauce with an exotic blend of ground spices to compliment the sweet and sour notes of the sun ripened Hawkes Bay Black Doris Plums.

This delicious sauce pairs really well with Asian style dishes such as chicken, pork, dumplings, noodles and vegetables, however we are always finding new and delicious ways to use this  sauce.
