Hishi-zashi Hussif / Clutch Purse - Pattern Darning

This simple yet elegant project features pattern darning and construction of a hard-cased metal-framed purse. The inner can either be fashioned as a hussif to carry your essential needlecraft supplies or as a clutch purse with optional shoulder chain, for a stylish accessory.

The hussif has space to store threads, a foldaway needlecase, reinforced scissor case, and pockets for other essentials such as pen / notebook, tapes and tools.

The clutch purse has two inner pockets to hold items such as credit, business or identity cards and plenty of space for those essentials for your night out.

The kit supplied includes the two hard plastic case inserts, the silver-coloured metal frame, shoulder chain and instruction booklet with comprehensive directions for stitching and construction.

Stitchers will supply their own fabrics, threads, and other items for construction. A full list of other requirements is included in the images attached.
