Copper Thermette - The Original NZ invention

Next shipment arriving 2nd week of JUNE 2023 Available to 'pre order' now, your thermette will be shipped week 12 June.

The Original invented Copper Thermette invented in by John A Hart in 1929.

aka 'chuffer' or 'kelly kettle', also 'benghazi boiler'.

The Thermette is a must have for any outdoors enthusiast, allowing you to boil water in 2mins, or cook your food in the wild, fuelling the cooker with only small sticks & twigs.

The Thermette is able to boil water very quickly due to it's proven design which uses a unique cone-shaped internal wall so that heat is distributed to a large surface area surrounded by water. Same idea as a rocket stove which funnels heat from the bottom up through the top. At the same time, heat is funnelled up to the top where meals can be cooked in a pot or pan.

Never carry or buy cooking fuel again, just look for dry twigs and use a lighter or matches.

I take my Thermette everywhere and use it to make wild infusions (wild herbal teas), and cook our meals whilst camping. It's super light so easy to carry, and is capable of cooking even on wet days.

You can either simply boil water in the thermette body (in 2min!), or add the cooking ring on top to hold a pot and heat food/water up top at the same time.

Each order comes with:

• 1 x Solid Copper Thermette

• 1 x Cooking ring (put this on the top to hold a pot)
• 1 x Galvanised fire ring (put this at the bottom to create your fire)

Dimensions:

• Height – 38cm tall
• Weight – 1.7kg
• Water volume – 2.2 litre

This amazing invention is so popular that the Army has been using thermettes (aka chuffers) for years!
