Infused with Seasonally abundant wild weeds this is a wonderfully nourishing & soothing hand moisturiser, perfect for dry skin. Harnessing the therapeutic properties of Yarrow, Plantain & Chickweed the extra moisturising & nourishing qualities of Hempseed Oil, this is a rich & luscious balm.
Perfect for gardeners hands either before heading into the garden as protection or after a day outdoors, or for dry, chapped, scratched hands that need extra moisture or protection from the elements.
You can also use this balm anywhere on your body. It's especially useful for dry, itchey, red, inflamed skin conditions, such as eczema or psoriasis, or insect bites and scratches. Bringing soothing relief and skin healing properties.

Yarrow aka Soldierâs woundwort, referring to it's use by the Greek Hero Achilles, who would use Yarrow to treat soldiers wounds on the battlefields. You don't need to be that hardcore to love Yarrow, it's one of my favorite foraged first aid ingredients, known to stem the flow of bleeding and speed the healing of wounds. Yarrow contains antiseptic, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and astringent properties making this the perfect addition to any skin moisturiser, especially if you're a bare hand gardener prone to cuts, scratches & dry skin!
Plantain's nickname is 'green bandage', referring to it's excellent use as a first aid remedy for cuts and wounds. Given the shape of the leaves it can be wrapped onto the skin like a bandage. Plantain is used topically to soothe irritation & infection, to treat skin problems such as eczema and acne and to relieve itchiness and stinging sensation from bug bites and stinging nettles. Plantain is gentle, toning, soothing & moisturising. Plantain has blood clotting agents and the natural allantoin promotes cell regeneration whilst the natural silica aids tissue healing.

Organic Hempseed Oil is a rich source of omega 3 & 6 known to nourish, pacify, revitalise & moisturise dry skin. Hempseed provides long lasting moisture, over time increasing your skinâs ability to retain moisture.

Each balm is handcrafted from homegrown organic herbs which have been infused for a month in organic oils. Hand blended in small batches with seasonally available, fresh plant materials. No artificial preservatives are used, please keep your metal tin well sealed in a cool dark place and use within 12 months. The tin can be easily upcycled and reused once you've finished your balm.
