Herbal Chest Rub ~ Aromatherapy balm

This aromatic combination of Kawakawa & Calendula infused organic oils, local Beeswax & Essential Oils have been hand blended to create a refreshing 'aroma balm' aka 'vapor balm' to massage onto the chest, & feet.

Use this balm as a chest or foot rub to bring relief from stuffy nose & congestion, to soothe achey muscles, to support clearer breathing, to support a good nights sleep, & to relax muscles which are overtired from coughing. Use as needed and massage onto the body before bed.

The aromatherapy properties of the following plants will support your body's own natural ability to heal itself and bring temporary relief:

Eucalyptus: a powerful antiviral & antiseptic with properties that can decongest & open sinuses, clearing the body of excess mucus. Brings relief to sore muscles & feet.

Peppermint: antiseptic & analgesic. Contains menthol, a natural agent that opens & clears the sinuses, reducing feelings of stuffiness in the head and nose. Works as a decongestant whilst also relaxing & opening the muscles of the windpipe.

Lavender: sedative, antispasmodic, has a refreshing aroma, can lessen headaches, is relaxing & calming to the central nervous system, great for calming nervous jitters & to combat seasonal allergies and promote good sleep.

Clove: with anaesthetic properties which help to relieve the side effects of constant coughing and bring relief from congestion.

Camphor: with anti inflammatory & antibacterial properties, Camphor is used to treat inflammation & congestion.

Homegrown Kawakawa & Calendula infused oil, to stimulate circulation and relax the muscles.

Recommended for use by Adults or children 7 years & over (due to the essential oil content). Not for babies or toddlers.

Each balm is handcrafted from homegrown organic & wild harvested herbs which have been infused in organic oils. Hand blended in small batches with seasonally available plant materials, local beeswax & organic essential oils. No artificial preservatives are used, please keep your metal tin well sealed in a cool dark place and use within 12 months. Plastic / Waste free packaging. Reuse the resealable tin to store spices or small objects after you've finished your balm.
