Tiered Lace Layered Skirt - Size 10 to 14

Fun and frothy layers of black polka dot and scalloped hem floral lace have a knee length stretch underskirt, and an elasticated waistband. Wear this on its own or layered under a bustle, or as a petticoat to fluff out a ball gown.  The skirt length is 82cm and will fit a Size 10 to 14.
