An exciting collectible listing today - Kaiapoi Huia Travel Rug. Priced well as it does have a couple of flaws.

Vibrant pumpkin orange, deep rust orange, light cream and black in a classic tartan design.

Wool is medium thickness, fairly firm and even thickness throughout. Weave is a bit wobbly where the orange bands have shrunk inwards slightly however it still lies flat.

Classic Travel Rug size 136cm x 150cm

Tasseled top and bottom edges are in fair condition.

Original makers label Kaiapoi HUIA Travel Rug with a wood carving style image to the left. Made in New Zealand by Kaiapoi Textiles and features the Woolmark label.
Unfortunately there is some writing to the label with vivid marker. We have not attempted removal at this time.

A Fresh Retro Love, Restore to Relove label has been added to one corner.

Six small and tidy patch repairs in black.

This would be a super classy blanket as a gentleman's gift. Lovely on a leather sofa or chair. Useful addition to the vintage car - a must have picnic essential!
