Le Diable Bourguignon

The traditional French Burgundian Devil is an oven dish for baking potatoes without fat or water. Being made from unglazed "raw" clay, with more use the more it imparts an aroma of being cooked in ashes, just like Bonfire Night. Take straight from the oven to the table and you don't even have to wash it after use. Comes in it's original box with instructions in French and English. Make sure you read them. 22cm dia 18cm tall
