Between 25-95g of additional weight to your handles. Allowing you to add 25, 50 or 95g in each handle of your Anna Rope. 

Taking your double unders to the next level and giving you the forearm and shoulder burn almost immediately. 
Weights are added by unscrewing the base of your Anna rope and loading it up, allowing you to train harder and improve your efficiency with doing dubs.
