Sausage Making Workshop - 12th August 2023

A hands-on workshop with lots of fun and valuable skills to be learnt!

Learn how to make sausages from scratch, from cutting and grinding the meats, to stuff your sausage into casings, shaping and packing them. You will gain enough knowledge to make them at home on your own, with all recipes provided.

All the materials and equipment is provided on the day, and we will have a lunch break and taste what was made in class.

The class will be divided into small groups and each group will make a different flavour. At the end of the class all the product made will be divided between the students to take home, usually four to five different flavours depending on the class size.
