Advanced Espresso Course — 2 HRS

 

This course is for the Barista that wants to take their knowledge to the next level. To get the most out of this course you should have completed the Espresso fundamentals course or have a basic understanding of making coffee, brew recipes and extraction. 

This course will cover coffee processing, the effects of dosing on coffee flavour, extraction theory, how to use a refractometer to measure your extraction.

This course is run over 2 hrs and will be a bit of theory, practical and lots of tasting!
