Our multiple gold medal winning Hatters Hill Sauvignon Blanc has been carefully crafted by Winemaker Heather Stewart, she selected her favourite components from the Delta vineyard to produce this flagship Sauvignon Blanc. 

A bright and opulent wine with complex layers of fleshy stonefruit, grapefruit and a salty mineral finish. this wine is an ideal match with pan-fried scallops, or soft goats cheese salad.
