Beech Chunks

An exciting new addition to our chunk range. Beech is a subtle smooth smoking wood, with a sweet flavour that resembles the taste of rock melon, along with this it has an added peppery twist. caterers I have supplied tell me it's the only wood that they have used that if there is a stall or halt in smoking it won't effect the final results.
