Culley's No. 10 Carolina Reaper Hot Sauce

This is Culley's hottest sauce available through mainstream retail channels. This sauce is not for the faint hearted! The flavour of the Carolina Reaper chilli is complemented by notes of rich sweet tomatoes.

Great with white fish and meat.  

Ingredients:

Carolina Reaper Chillies, Water, Salt, Sugar, Onion, Lime Juice, Acetic Acid (Acidity Regulator), Passionfruit Juice, Garlic, Citric Acid (Acidity Regulator), Xanthan Gum (Stabiliser)

150ml
