Bright, fresh, fruity and varietal with aromas of green and brown pears, white spice and a soft lees autolysis - bringing depth and intrigue. On the palate - just dry with medium weight and a satin texture. Flavours mirror the nose with a nice squeeze mid and back palate - contrasted by the core of fruit, lees and gently warming alcohol. Balanced, even finish. Drink upon purchase and through 2022.
