Harvested from the Beech forests of Kaikoura, New Zealand, this honey boasts a unique and bold flavour.

Bees collect nectar via small whiskers on the tree's bark, that secrete dew from the tree sap. This is collected and stored by the bees as a fluid, hence the term Honeydew.
