Tufts the Harlequin Cubbie Penguin

Tufts has a corduroy black body, decorated, patterned sensory arms with crinkle fabric inside them, patterned feet, a soft yellow beak, big black eyes and a tuft of white fluff on his head.

46cm in length from top of head to bottom of feet (~37cm when sitting).
