This delicious 3 Acres Pinot Noir has fragrant aromas of sweet blackberry, raspberry, dark plums, cedar and spice. With a succulent palate of cherry, strawberry, boysenberry, chocolate, tobacco and caramel this wine shows good weight and complexity with medium fine grain tannins, nice minerality and a long red fruit finish.
Enjoy on its own or pair with fillet steak, lamb or flavoursome pork dishes.

The fruit for this 3 Acres wine (predominant clones 115, 10/5 and Abel) was hand harvested between 6 and 9 April 2020 and destemmed into open top fermenters before being inoculated with selected wine yeasts to carry out the fermentation. This wine was aged in French oak barriques for 12 months, of which 19% was new oak. Specifications
