Perfumed with rose, apple blossom, strawberry, raspberry, quince, pear and apricot. The palate is rich with sweet ripe pear, raspberry, stonefruit and sherbet. This deliciously dry style Rosé is complex with good concentration, fresh acidity and a long mineral, melon and cranberry finish.
This is a wine for all occasions. Enjoy as an aperitif or as the perfect accompaniment to grilled chicken, fish or lamb with herbs. Awards

Winemaking Notes
The fruit selected for this Rosé is 100% hand-harvested Pinot Noir (clones 115, 144 and 113). Harvest took place on 11 April 2020. The fruit was whole bunch pressed to a stainless steel tank for cold settling for two days. The juice was then racked and the juice inoculated with selected wine yeast. The cool fermentation was stopped to retain a touch of residual sugar. Specifications
