PET PORTRAIT Commission - Pastels

I am now taking on commissions for custom PASTEL pet portraits. I currently have a small waiting list of a turn around time of 1-2 weeks depending.

Mediums : Colour pencil, graphite pencil, watercolour

Size : 

Small : 18 x 24 cm // 7 x 9.5" (slightly bigger than A5)

Medium : 24 x 30 cm // 9.5 x 12" (slightly bigger than A4) 

Larger : Please enquire.

Please note : Maximum 1 animal for small, Max 2 animals for medium size.

I have included information here to help you to know the process.

1. The first step is to find suitable photos. Good, clear photos are very important when commissioning a pet portrait. Clear sharp photos will provide the most detailed portraits. You can email me once you order, to send these.

2. Once I have receive your photos, we can discuss your options for the portrait. Whether you would like me to add or omit anything from reference photo/s. When all of the details have been confirmed and finalised, I will begin on your portrait. There is usually a waiting list but I will let you know when it should be completed by. If you need it for a specific date, please EMAIL me first. But usually allow up to 2-3 weeks at busy times (before Christmas)

3. As I am drawing your portrait, I will send you updates so you can see some of the progress. Please remember, due to the media, only small changes can be made.

4. Once your portrait is complete, I will spray with fixative and put into a protective sleeve and send it flat in a sturdy envelope. All parcels within New Zealand are sent with tracking. Shipping is flat rate for all areas. Please contact me if you live in a Rural Area before ordering

If you would like to pay in instalments, I now have LAYBUY available. If you would like to pay in full, then you can do that and alternatively email me separately if you would like a bigger size or to include multiple animals.
