I have included information here to help you to know the process.

1. The first step is to find suitable photos. Good, clear photos are very important when commissioning a pet portrait. Clear sharp photos will provide the most detailed portraits. You can email me once you order, to send these.

2. Once I have receive your photos, we can discuss your options for the portrait. Whether you would like me to add or omit anything from reference photo/s. When all of the details have been confirmed and finalised, I will begin on your portrait. There is usually a waiting list but I will let you know when it should be completed by. If you need it for a specific date, please EMAIL me first. But usually allow up to 2-3 weeks at busy times (before Christmas)

3. As I am painting your portrait, I will send you updates so you can see some of the progress. This is a great time to give feedback and sometimes more reference photos are needed. 

4. Once your portrait is complete, I will varnish and let it dry and then put the other finishing touches like the hanging hardware.

All parcels within New Zealand are sent with tracking. Shipping is flat rate for all areas. Please contact me if you live in a Rural Area before ordering
