The brownie with a soul – our Brownie is packed full of ginger both inside and out! We used our Blondie as the base and mixed in milk chocolate chunks along with a smattering of ginger. Finally, we intensified the ginger flavours by mixing some into the crumble topping and sprinkling it over the top. Can’t get enough ginger? Request extra!
