This is my newest creation and itâs versatility is endless. Full of fresh herbs, extra virgin olive oil, spices, w a hint of chilli and garlicky vibes, not to mention the softness of Chardonnay vinegar - this has been getting RAVE reviews.
- use with veggie crudités on a platter
- as a side with fish, salmon, steak or chicken
- drizzle over steamed greens
- toss through your favourite salad
- on toast or crackers as a spread
- use it like pesto but know itâs plant based and has good oils on the inside!
Ingredients: Flat leaf parsley, curly parsley, basil, mint, oregano, red spice, chilli, cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, lemon zest & juice, Chardonnay vinegar, garlic, Himalayan salt & black pepper
