Made using 1005 Western Australian Lupin flour and a hint of spinach, Gerry’s Low Carb pasta lets you enjoy your favourite pasta sauce without the heavy carbs and gluten. With some extra care when cooking, add Gerry’s pasta to your sauce directly from the packet and simmer for 2-3min mx, just before the sauce is ready to serve, with some added water as the pasta will absorb liquid. Do not boil.
