Wagyu Pastrami

 

Black Origin Pastrami is crafted from our Black Origin Wagyu silverside. Our Pastrami is cured in brine for four days, before being smoked with pōhutukawa for an epic smoky taste. Once cooked, it is dry-rubbed with pepper, coriander and garlic.

Our tender and juicy, and holds up well to stronger flavours – enjoy on rye with cheese, gherkins and mustard.
