All of our kilim cushion covers are made from handwoven vintage kilim and rug fragments and no two are ever the same. They all have a durable cotton backing and high quality zipper. This particular cushion does come in a triplet as we have three cushions cut from the same piece of rug which is unusual, but great for those who prefer to match their cushions.
