Handcrafted Wooden Fish Slice

This beautiful fish slice has been lovingly handcrafted, even to having been sanded 5 separate times. Made from Teak, it is very strong and durable and is an excellent utensil to have in your kitchen, ideal for poached eggs or fritters or whatever else you cook in your fry pan.

Because it is so strong and hard, it does not crack or splinter in the heat as plastic does, so you can use them on non stick pans and pots. Being made of Teak wood, it will not transmit heat like metal nor will it transfer chemicals to your food.

The Fish Slice measures  38 cm's long, 9 cm's wide at the head and 2.5 cm's wide in the handle.

There are no lacquers used, the fish slice is not chemically treated, nor colour dyed making it a completely food safe cooking utensil

Handwash only and you can re-oil periodically with a food safe oil. Dry after washing and leave in  a dry place. Oiling will make the grain darker over time
