Whitehart crafted from the shoulder of our free-farmed Kurobuta pork.
It is cured in brine for four days, before being hot-smoked with pÅhutukawa for maximum flavour.
Our Shoulder Bacon is dark, smoky, and well-marbled. Enjoy with eggs and mushrooms on your favourite rustic bread for the ultimate Saturday morning breakfast.
