Log Fire Tisane is rich in antioxidant herbs, supporting your immune system. Ingredients: honey bush, hibiscus, liquorice, ginger, elderberries, tulsi, orange peel, star anise, cinnamon, cardamom. Best avoided during pregnancy. 

Relax Tisane helps ease worries and calm the mind, supporting a happy, relaxed mood. Ingredients: St John’s wort, passionflower, liquorice, lavender, hibiscus. 

Sunrise Tisane provides antioxidant and nervous system support for times of stress, helping to strengthen, restore and maintain balance. Ingredients: tulsi, orange peel. 

Ease Tisane helps comfort the body when feeling unwell - supporting healthy airways, digestive comfort and rest. Ingredients: ginger root, elderflower, lemon myrtle, lemon peel, marshmallow leaf, calendula. 

Digest Tisane helps calm bloating and gas, supporting bowel comfort and healthy digestion of dietary fats. Ingredients: peppermint, ginger, liquorice, lemon balm, dandelion, cinnamon. 

Dream Tisane supports restful sleep, calming the mind and restoring good sleep patterns. Ingredients: chamomile, lemon balm, skullcap, lavender. 

Sleep Tisane supports you drifting off to sleep naturally with ease. More suitable for children than Dream Tea. Ingredients: chamomile, lemon balm, lavender. if you would prefer this variation to Dream.

30g packs provide 15 - 20 serves depending on variety and preferred strength. No known interactions with medications if used as directed.
