It's a unique three-day process involving roasting, slow-cooking and smoking, creating a deliciously smokey and spicy chilli sauce. Great for marinading, basting, dipping and much more. Choose chilli BBQ sauce (medium heat), chipotle style hot BBQ, or chilli sauce in hot or mega hot.

Ingredients: chillies, water, white wine vinegar, onions, rice bran oil, raw sugar, tomato paste, garlic, ginger, salt, black pepper. 150ml glass bottle.
