Fish Sauce
Premium fish sauce traditionally prepared in Thailand from fresh anchovies and pure sea salt. Winner of a Gold medal at the 2011 Fine Food Awards in Tasmania, Megachef fish sauce is naturally fermented for two years. It adds depth of flavour to stir-fry and marinades and is perfect for seasoning dishes.
Ingredients: anchovy (72%), sea salt, sugar, syrup. Gluten free, no MSG, preservative or colour added. 500ml glass bottle.
