This pack is perfect for the school holidays to fill the fridge or freezer, so there is an answer to that age old question " whats for dinner?"

It is also great for lunch, save money and time with our fantastic box of nutritious, homemade meals.

For precise allergen information please refer to all product labels. Our dishes are prepared in a kitchen that contains nuts, gluten, fish, sesame, soy, egg, cereals and milk.

Heating instructions: Remove sleeve and puncture clear film. Microwave 3-4 minutes, or warm in a preheated oven at 180° for 10-15 minutes, until piping hot. Rest for one minute before eating.

All meals are delivered fresh and can be kept in the fridge for seven days, or in the freezer for three months.

Our hearty size meals weigh approximately 420g to 480g which satisfies larger appetites and regular, which is approximately 320g, perfect for a light eater.
