Delicious roast pumpkin mixed through a creamy lemon risotto.  Incredible flavour throughout makes this a beautiful stand out vegetarian dish, topped with parmesan.

This light and flavoursome meal is not light on flavour!

Heating: Remove sleeve and puncture clear film. Microwave 3-4 minutes, or warm in a preheated oven at 180° for 10-15 minutes, until piping hot. Rest for one minute before eating.
