This is the perfect way to sample our delicious meals before you sign up for a subscription.

Please refer to all product labels for precise allergen information. Our dishes are prepared in a kitchen that contains nuts, gluten, fish, sesame, soy, egg, cereals and milk.

Heating instructions: Remove sleeve and puncture clear film. Microwave 3-4 minutes, or warm in a preheated oven at 180° for 10-15 minutes, until piping hot. Rest for one minute before eating.

All meals can be kept in the fridge for seven days, or in the freezer for three months.

Our hearty size meals weigh approximately 420g to 480g which satisfies larger appetites and regular, which is approximately 320g, perfect for a light eater.
