The Glory Of Life

Written during the lock down enforced by the global pandemic of 2020, the piece celebrates the glory and happiness felt by those lucky enough to have survived the terrible virus that struck the world, and the sense of freedom we started to feel as the various lock down restrictions started to be lifted.
The piece is tinged with sadness however, for those affected either directly or indirectly by COVID-19.
Our hearts are heavy with the loss of so many and the realisation that the world will never quite be the same again.
