DESCRIPTION

First of all, ABS is one of the most popular 3D printer filaments used worldwide by hobbyists and professionals. It is used in various different applications from car parts to kids toys such as Lego.
ABS has some great properties such as being strong and lightweight whilst still maintaining a little flex.

With the addition of Carbon Fiber to ABS you get a stronger and more rigid part with quite a cool surface finish.
ABS Carbon Fiber can be easily sanded, painted or acetone vapour polished to achieve the desired surface finish you require.

Enclosure: An enclosure is recommended to minimise warping and layer separation but is not essential. If you can shield the printer from any breezes from windows, heaters or air conditioners you will increase the likelihood of a successful print.
