These beautiful Pounamu pito cutters are sharpened pounamu stone sourced from the South Island. Pito cutters are a natural tool used to cut your pēpi umbilical cord when born.

Once used they can be kept as a whanau keepsake to be reused or can be sanded back by a carver and made into a taonga for your pēpi.

Each pito cutter comes with a native timber block to cut on.
