DESCRIPTION: Pre-owned ,Australian label, Manning Cartel long sleeve shirt dress in silk/viscose fabric.  Gorgeous colour palette with accent colours as highlights. Collared neck leads into a deep V secured with a button 1/2 way.  Interesting fabric twist at waist with brass coloured hardware. Button through to ground. Lovely recycled piece from a solid designer.
