1      Measure Hip Size  

How do I measure my hip? 
Your hip measurement should include the fullest part of your hips and butt. Hold the start of the tape measure on one hip, wrap it around your butt and around your other hip, and then back to where you started. If you prefer a looser fit, insert your forefinger between the tape and your hip to allow space.

2     Measure Waist Size

How do I measure my waist? Bend to the sides to reveal the natural crease in your waistline. Measure around your body along that line for your natural waist measurement, keeping the tape a bit loose.

3     What if I’m Between Sizes?

If in between sizes, or unsure, it is recommended you  go up in size  for this style bikini Underwear.

They don't fit? Keep them new in their packaging, send them back and   we can exchange them   for something that you will love! Care Instructions:

We recommend soaking your Mint postpartum panties in cold water before washing them. 

If after a few months, you want to freshen them up, soak them in white vinegar for 5 minutes before the wash. They can be used for periods too.

Do not use a dryer, the leakproof layer in the underwear might melt under certain high temperatures. Safe to line dry only. 

We recommend 6 to 8 pairs of postpartum underwear to get you through your first months after giving birth.
