Our Iron Goddess, more commonly known as Iron Goddess of Mercy or Tie Guan Yin is well regarded for its delicate floral taste and for the way the hand-rolled green-blue leaves unfurl when steeped. These hearty leaves will last several brews. Anyone who appreciates green tea would find the orchid notes and minimal oxidation of our Iron Goddess to be an excellent introduction to oolong tea. If you're steeping with an infusion basket, we recommend 3 grams at 85-90 degrees for just over a minute. For each subsequent steep, add 30 seconds.
