INSTRUCTIONS USING A SOFT SERVE MACHINE
- Mix 1.5kg with 3.5litres water with whisk
- Use a gravity fed Soft Serve machine with 30% overflow/airation
- Serve, keeping chilled in the soft serve machine for up to 72 hrs
Yield: 1.5kg 3ltrs 30% airation = 6.5 litres of soft serve from each 1.5kg bag.
