2023 Le Petit Syrah (Pre-Order)

Light red? Dark rosé?

This is a low-intervention wine made by our daughter, Annabelle, and her partner Bart, using fruit from our Syrah block. It only spent 10 days on the skins, giving it a darker than rosé colour, but it feels light in the mouth with almost unnoticeable tannins. the wine spent 7 months in 500L puncheons.

It's strawberry and rhubarb - enjoyable a bit chilled, super juicy, nice and light, at only 11%.

Unfined, unfiltered, minimal SO2 added.

Bottled in early December and due to be released for the holiday season.
