Our Sliced Biltong is made with 100% Pure Grass sustained New Zealand Beef, prepared with our Traditional South African recipe. Our mix of natural spices are made in house and no artificial flavourings are used.

Toss some Biltong in salads, over pizza or have it after a session at the gym. Create Delicious appetising Canapés at any event. Use Biltong at your wedding, 50th or 60th or even your 21st party.

Choose without fat and we remove the fat for you but the meat might still be naturally oily. Choose with fat and get a mix of biltong with fat and without (depending on availability).
