Eggs are collected daily, from clean nesting boxes and stored in a cool-store. The eggs are mixed grade. The colour variation of the shell will be from a light to dark brown and sometimes with cute speckles. The yoke's colour will range from yummy yellow to rich orange. All our eggs come from happy hens who enjoy a free ranging lifestyle where they can behave as chickens want to do naturally.
